  • We arrive approximately 4-6 hours before serving, setting up our gazebo, cooking & serving equipment.

  • Your meat is slowly roasted for 4-6 hours, ensuring a succulent bite, every time!

  • Our experienced chefs will carve and serve the meat to your guests.

  • We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event!

How it works…

WE REQUIRE:

  • At least 3×3-metre space to set up our equipment

  • Access for our equipment through to the designated cooking area

  • Access to the venue 4-6 hours before serving

  • A 25% deposit to secure the date of your event

  • Full payment 7 days before the event

But hey – if you’re further afield and still want a slice of the good life, no stress. We roll nationwide, we just gotta drop a little mileage fee on top to keep the wheels spinning and the pork winning.
